I mean Jesus, this is obviously a BAND who used the name as a play off Jimi Hendrix? Travis Beach writes: There has been along standing tradition, actually all the way back to George Washington that past presidents hold their tongues when it comes to criticizing the current president and his administration, accolades and support are always welcome but negativity isnt. It just isnt done...but sadly today I again read that Jimmy has once again slandered President Bush...Today "Former President" Carter stated that President Bush is the WORST to ever seat in that seat...All I have to say is that I served under President Carter in the US Marines, I am from a small town in Georgia, I come from a long line of southern democrats. I voted, I used my first vote to vote for Mr Carter...and how sad those 4 years were and looking back, how disappointed I am as well...You sir are the sorriest excuse for a president I have ever seen...stick to being a humanitarian, a home builder, a grandfather and Christian...these things you are wonderful at...let the tough jobs, like actually leading a country, like acting decisively vs allowing an embassy to be taken captive along with 52 Americans for 352 days, for planning and executing the worst military disaster in American history, for the lack of leadership in the face of the Arab Oil Embargo, actually your idea of leadership then was drive 55 and wear a sweater...LOL...Like I said...stick to the things you actually do well and leave the tough stuff to real Presidents...Please ask Rosalynn before you go shooting your mouth off...she actually was perhaps one of the best First Ladies we ever had... I`m sure she can give you some real advice...but the best idea is to follow all the President before you...just shut up...&"Travis Beach - Sun, 20 May 2007 11:17:40

Not a good idea unless you can also fit an air canister in there with them, in which case your luggage bag is probably too large to fit on the plane and security will have to open it and see that there`s a person inside and they`ll be all like "why you be tryin` to fit a person in here?" and then THEY`D kick YOU. Kick your ass, that is. - Fri, 2 Jun 2006 19:14:01

(Jesus said do good to them that hate you, pray for them that despitefully use you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you.) If I had the resourses and funds I might figure out a way to obey this commandment myself. Could someone close to Mr. Carter tell me if this is his motivation? - Tue, 16 May 2006 20:10:21

Rickster writes: One of the lost luggage bags I was delivering to a passenger in Manhattan, Kansas kicked me in the chin. If I would have thought to ask:"Why did you kick my in the chin for golly sakes?" It might have replied " I don`t belong to this passenger!" Okaaaaa - Tue, 16 May 2006 20:06:33

When I'm in town next, we should really put our heads together and record some 30-second JCX clips for the webstie. You sounded really good at the Feb4 show... well, from what I could tell from the bootlegz. You all did, actually! Some songs I'd never heard before. Great job, and FINISH THAT ALBUM!!! - Fri, 11 Feb 2005 18:30:39

I heard you guys play once at High on Rose. Very cool songs with a different sort of twist. I love that guy's guitar, too! looks like it was made out of a cabinet. I think you could give the girl more solo time, too. I could barely hear her. Maybe if her sound was more synthesized, that would help. Rock on! - Tue, 25 Jan 2005 15:30:20

Ben writes: Hey ROB. Never once did I pretend that guitar is an original creation. I built a copy of Flansys guitar because he's left handed and I asked him where he got it, and it turned out to be a custom. Chris Mojo in NY built it, and I've been unable to contact him. HOWEVER I met Flans again after a show, and showed him a picture of it, to which he responded with "cool!". I told him I played it in my band, and he said "that's great, how does it sound?". He then autographed the photo and posed for a picture with me. It's kind of akin to playing a box-guitar to honor Bo Diddley, and really no different than buying an Eric Clapton series strat. - Wed, 19 Jan 2005 20:26:13

Jason writes: Oh MAN i guess i shouldn't play my TELECASTER anymore because somebody else designed it........I must be a poser too......maybe i should stop using the E chord as well, i think The Talking Heads used that chord once......Hey Ben please post the picture of you and John Flansburg (one half of "They Might Be Giants") in Nashville when you are telling him about the guitar you built because you are such a big They Might Be Giants fan, so maybe this dude will realize that you aren't trying to actually POSE as anything......but rather built it as a tribute to one of your favorite artists.......maybe John Lennon was a poser for loving chuck berry and covering his songs.........probably. - Wed, 19 Jan 2005 00:53:53

Mr. Rubin, you are clearly an idiot in the most obvious kind of way, and you can't spell for shit either. Please do not get drunk and e-mail anyone ever again. Feel free, though, to eat my dick. Thanks.
